Isaac's Decision was a beautiful story that gives the point of view of a child growing into an adult and the decision they must make. As children we often tend to follow what our parents tell us for the most part but there comes a time when we find something that calls to us even more so to the point that we find ourselves standing up against our parents decision to make our own and be the adult that we are becoming. In this story you get to witness two young adults making their decisions only their decision also involves so many past experiences between their parents that have left their families not talking to one another. Isaac or one has been forbidden to talk to Emily because of something her father has done that she has no knowledge of and Emily doesn't understand it. But Emily goes out of her way to capture Isaac's attention the way she once had it. Through this story we learn another way in which the past of others may affect our lives and how we must choose to make our own decisions in regards to this. It also goes further to show us just how much people can change over time with the right events occurring just as the individuals in this story have done. But even with change it's hard to believe and can often still haunt people sometimes but all in the end can be forgiven.
I truly loved this book and would most definitely recommend this book and the rest of the series to anyone who loves to read. Ruth is a wonderful Author and I look forward to reading many more of her works.

Another great work by Ruth. This story is a beautiful story that portrays what it's like to have lived a life most find questionable and wrong and then turned around and began to live a straight life. The way people look at your is hard to change when you've had such a past. In this book not only do you get a look at what it's like to be that person but what it's like to finally meet someone who will finally see you for who you are regardless of how you were thrown together and with that, even when you feel things have taken a turn for the worst and you're losing all, you will be surprised by the change in the people you knew who have talked to badly of you and now realize just how pure you've become. I have to say, I had faith in the end that things would turn out for the best but it definitely kept me on the edge of my seat trying to finish and find out for sure. Highly recommend this entire series.

Book 4 of the Star Series - Falling Stars:
Great book and amazing conclusion to the series. I must say that the title had me thinking totally differently about how the story was going to go however I supposed that depends upon how you look at it. But I love the story all the same. I was pleasantly surprised and loved the ending. Here's my take on it.
Hailey has finally realized she has a drinking problem and decides to do something with it. With the help of Dexter she has decided to take that step. And keep in mind, Dexter and Hailey weren't exactly friends originally because of what he did to her but now they've developed some type of relationship. The real question though is will Hailey accept the help and do what needs to be done? And what about Chris. Where does he play into all of this? Will Hailey continue her relationship or will she finally really let him go?
All of the events that occur up to whether or not Hailey decides to handle her drinking problem or not does not prepare you for what happens next and I must say I was not at all expecting it.
It's a beautiful love story that's more real than your usual love stories. There are real life type events and occurrences in this book and I love it. It makes it that much easier for someone to relate if they have been through something similar. It was definitely one of the best stories I've read in a while. Loved it.
This book is only recommended for mature audiences due to sexual content along with drug and alcohol use.

Hailey Arlington has just started her doing her own thing working towards her future thanks to an amazing offer to broaden her future in acting. Hailey goes from just acting on stage for her dad Hayden to acting in a movie. But Hailey is not prepared for what happens throughout this journey. And her means of coping tends to be the same as her Grandpa. What will happen to Hailey Arlington on this journey and what does that mean for her future?
Thus far, I've loved every book of this series however I still like to think this was my favorite. While I don't entirely agree with Hailey and the way things seem to be going with her, I think she as a strong bond with Chris though she can't be with him. Will her future include him? I'm hoping to find out in the next book but I loved this one.
Recommended for mature audiences who don't mind the sexual portions or the use of drugs and alcohol.

Imagine yourself meeting the one who would always hold the key to your heart only to know nothing about them and never see them again. The possibilities of things that could occur from this one single event. What would you do in this situation if you found out you were pregnant after? What do you think Addison did? And would anything prepare her for the future ahead of her?
I absolutely loved this book however I enjoyed it so much I struggle to write this without giving away the story. In this book you have true love that doesn't change or disappear over time no matter what the circumstances. After reading this I'd have to say "everything happens for a reason" really does fit with the story. You would think Addison s discovery was a disaster however it turns out to be a blessing. Addison learns just how much one can mean to you and how happy one can make you in life. Despite what she does, Hayden sticks by her side realizing his own mistake in the event and they push forward through it all, meanwhile two sisters discover each other and bond like they've never been a part, both with so much talent.
This book is recommended for mature audiences due to sexual content however I do not believe it has as much as the first in the series. Highly recommended read to those who do not mind such content.

He thinks so and vows to make it happen some how and refuses to put up with Allies behavior. After all he's got her father to answer to who happens to be a very big director.
As fate would have it there's a strong attraction between Trevas and Allie. But Allie is just a minor and Trevas is there to do a job and does not intend on giving in and risking going to prison over Allie. There may be a growing love between them but will it ever amount to anything? What do you think will happen?
Overall great story. I completely fell in love with the characters and would highly recommend this book to anyone who is ok with language and sexual content.

Another great read by J. Kenner. Perfect ending to the trilogy. I loved all of it. With any series you read you hope for a solid ending. This book provides that solid ending for the trilogy you should have just read. And while the trilogy is over, the story still goes on further in this book and in Jamie's story.
Through out the series you've read about Damian Stark and how he has all these secrets that stem from his past but yet he has so much love for Nikki. And Nikki also comes from a trouble past though different from Damian, still the same. Theses two could not have been more perfect for each other, they offer the strength they both needed to really fully move past their pasts and live in the present and plan for the future.
Damian has finally opened up and Nikki has finally let her mom have it. But what does the future hold for Damian and Nikki as a couple? Well I guess you'll have to read it to find out.
Strong sexual content in this book. If you don't like reading about the happenings between a man and a woman in a relationship, then this book is not for you. If you don't mind that type of thing, I highly recommend this book. The story line is beautiful and you get to watch the pair discover some very important things.
